2x ROI TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Partnership Philosophy
This is a performance partnership. We take full ownership of campaign results, and in return, we require full commitment from your clinic. The guarantee below is only valid when both sides meet their obligations.
If you cannot commit to the requirements below, please do not get in contact.
1. The Guarantee We guarantee a 2x Return on Investment (ROI) over a 90-day period.
The Calculation: ROI is calculated as your total Ad Spend + our Management Fee.
Example: If your Ad Spend is £1,000 and our Management Fee is £1,000 (Total Investment = £2,000), we must generate £4,000+ in revenue from our campaigns.
The Refund: If we fail to hit this target after the 90-day period (accounting for the standard 40 day lag time between client enquiry and clinic visit), we will refund our Management Fee or the deficit between target and result, which ever is smaller. (Note: Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and is non-refundable).
2. Eligibility: The Premium Package To qualify for this guarantee, your clinic must be enrolled in our Premium Package. You must run campaigns across all three of the following channels concurrently for the full 90-day minimum period:

Google Ads
SEO
3. Financial & Operational Requirements To maintain the validity of the guarantee, the clinic must adhere to the following strict requirements:
Minimum Ad Spend: You must commit to a minimum ad spend of £1500 per month across the 90-day period.
Our Systems, Our Rules: You must strictly use our proven landing pages, promotional offers, and discount structures.
Email Access: You must provide us with full access to your existing client email list so we can execute cold email reactivation campaigns on your behalf.
4. Tracking & Transparency We cannot guarantee what we cannot track. You must provide complete transparency:
Booking System Access: We require full access to your Fresha or current booking system account to independently verify, track earnings, and monitor bookings.
Conversion Tracking: You must keep our conversion tracking software (GoHighLevel / WhatConverts) fully up-to-date in a timely manner. Accurate data is non-negotiable.
Baseline Data & Analytics Access
Before any campaign launches, we must establish your clinic’s current performance baseline. This is how we measure the true impact of our work.
Baseline Audit: You must provide your current monthly lead volume from all organic channels, including SEO and Google Maps/Google Business Profile. These figures will be agreed upon in writing before the 90-day period begins and will serve as the benchmark against which all improvements are measured.
Analytics Access: You must grant us full access to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4) accounts. If either of these is not currently set up, we will assist with implementation — however, the 90-day guarantee period will not commence until tracking is fully operational and collecting reliable data.
No Data, No Guarantee: If baseline figures cannot be established due to a lack of historical data or analytics infrastructure, the 90-day guarantee period will begin only once a minimum of 30 days of baseline data has been collected.
5. Clinic Performance & Upsell Requirements Getting leads through the door is our job; maximizing them is yours.
30% Upsell Rate: You must achieve a minimum upsell rate of 30% on all new clients we bring into the clinic.
LTV Default: If your clinic struggles to accurately track individual upsells, the financial value of the clients we bring in will automatically be calculated against your clinic’s Average Client Lifetime Value (LTV). This LTV figure will be added to the total ROI calculation.
Google Reviews: You must aggressively collect social proof, securing a minimum of ten (10) 5-star Google Reviews per month.
6. Data-Driven Decisions & Statistical Process Control We will always listen to your concerns and value your input, but we do not execute knee-jerk reactions.
Marketing data naturally fluctuates, and reacting to the short-term noise of a single day or week is a recipe for long-term failure.
The Science of Scaling: We utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to manage and optimize your campaigns. We establish a baseline of normal variance and only make strategic pivots when the data indicates a statistically significant trend—meaning we react to true signals, not random noise.
Facts Over Feelings: We dictate campaign changes based entirely on hard, mathematically sound data. We do not alter proven strategies based on day-to-day fluctuations, gut feelings, or emotional reactions. If the data remains within our acceptable control limits, we hold the line.
Unauthorised Account Changes: You must not make any changes to ad accounts, landing pages, website pages, url’s, tracking setups, or campaign settings without our prior written approval. Any unauthorised modifications that impact campaign performance will immediately void the guarantee.
7. Communication & Voiding the Guarantee
Timely Communication: If you notice a problem, a drop in lead quality, or an operational issue, you must communicate with us immediately. Delayed communication that hinders our ability to pivot will void the guarantee.
Strict Enforcement: We will under absolutely no circumstances issue a refund if you fail to adhere to or fulfil any or all of the stated requirements above. Failing to meet your end of the partnership immediately voids this guarantee.
